Why I'm Running

El Monte is my home. It always has been.

As the longest-serving member of the El Monte City Council, I've had the privilege of serving our community through some of its most challenging and transformative years. Together, we've invested in our neighborhoods, improved our parks, strengthened public safety, secured millions in state and federal funding under my administration, and continued building a stronger future for our city.

But our work isn't finished.

El Monte continues to face important financial and quality-of-life challenges, and I believe experienced leadership matters now more than ever. I'll continue asking the tough questions, protecting taxpayer dollars, and always putting the people of El Monte first.
